Friday 18th September 2020. Please note this is a private funeral and organised following COVID guidelines.  We as a family are very upset we have had to say "no" sorry you can not come to family and close friends of Charlie.  We have peace in that Charlie would have understood and would not want us to break any rules, get arrested or fined for his send off. 

We celebrated Charlie's life at Westfield Cricket Club for a fetching tribute to our well loved Cricketer of the family.   We would welcome any donations to Westfield Cricket Club, this can be done online through this page or handed to Towners Funeral Directors.    Please contact Arthur Towner's Ltd on 01424 775515 for any further information or email Claire on claireybelle18@gmail.com. 

Once this pandemic is over we will be arranging a later memorial event/cricket match and we promise that ALL who knew Charlie will be warmly welcomed.   We are very aware that Charlie had so many friends and contacts.  We will celebrate properly when restrictions are lifted.
